nCino Product Keynote + Video

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create “My nCino Era,” an entertaining and informative video series that brought nCino's banking solutions to life through relatable user personas, debuting at our flagship conference to 1,700+ attendees.

My Goal

  • Position banking professionals as the heroes of their own success stories

  • Seamlessly transition from entertainment to live product demonstrations

  • Develop reusable content assets for ongoing marketing campaigns

  • Balance entertainment value with educational impact for a sophisticated banking audience

My Approach:

Working closely with brand, video production, product specialists, product marketing, and our Chief Product Officer, I developed scripts that featured six distinct banking personas in a sitcom-style dinner conversation format. The approach centered on authentic dialogue where each character naturally discussed their daily challenges and how nCino solutions transformed their work experience. Rather than creating traditional product demos, we crafted relatable scenarios that allowed viewers to see themselves in the characters while highlighting specific platform capabilities. The scripts required careful balance between entertainment and education, ensuring each vignette could stand alone while contributing to the overall narrative arc that would flow seamlessly into live demonstrations.

Results

  • Successfully debuted at nSight 2025 conference to 1,700+ attendees during the product keynote

  • Created versatile content assets now used across multiple marketing campaigns

  • Achieved seamless integration between video content and live product demonstrations

  • Delivered entertaining yet informative content that resonated with banking professionals

  • Established a replicable creative framework for future product storytelling initiatives

  • Collaborated effectively across five different departments to meet tight conference deadlines
